 CREAM CHEESE BREAD
1/3 cup milk
1 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup margarine; or butter
1 egg
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups bread flour
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
Cook on light crust setting and if you want to add chocolate chips,
raisins or other dried fruits, use the setting for adding these
at the beep.
MAGIC HEAVENLY WHOLE WHEAT
1 1/8 cups water
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup potato flakes
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
Place all the ingredients in the pan in the machine. Bake on a light
setting.
