Venetian Pizza
1 pizza crust 12-inch diameter
1-tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
1-cup pizza sauce 8-ounce
1-1/2-cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1-can dole pineapple tidbits 8-ounce drained
1/4-cup sliced pepperoni
2-tablespoons red or green bell pepper slices
2-tablespoons chopped green onion Brush crust with oil. Spoon, sauce over crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with pineapple,
pepperoni, bell pepper and green onion. Bake, at 425, 20 minutes or until crust is golden
brown.
